1.HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 working days,Shipping time is typically 10-12 business days, excluding production time.
If the goods by you purchased happen to be in stock, you can receive your goods as soon as possible.
However, most of our shoes require time to be customized, so the delivery time will be delayed. Therefore, if you are in a hurry, please contact customer service for expedited processing.
2. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

3. HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
Please refer to our returns policy. Besides, We cannot accept returned products that have been man-made damage.

4. HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
Lucky you! To use your coupon code, add all of your glam goodies to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There is a coupon code box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”.  Coupon code cannot be used for orders already placed.

5.What happens if an item is on backorder?
In rare cases, you have not received the products for more than 20 days. Please contact service@vocosi.com and we will deal with it immediately.

6.What forms of payment do you accept?
Our checkout page accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as forms of payment.

7.Why did I pay for several days without a tracking number?
Normally, we will send it out within 8 working days,
The tracking number will not appear until 5-12 days after shipment, and then your package can be tracked in www.17track.com.

8.Why is there such a big difference in delivered time?
Due to differences in countries and regions, some places do not deliver packages/not go to work on weekends, so there will be a two-day delay.
Currently, only the United States can provide fast shipping without taxation. Other countries will levy taxes. Therefore, fast transportation is generally not provided. If customers need to send fast shipping, we will provide this service, but we do not provide taxes, it will paid by the customer.

9.What if the products I received is damaged or missing items?
Please refer to our returns policy. Besides, We cannot accept returned products that have been used or man-made damage.
You must report damage or missing items within 3 business days of receipt by contacting us at service@vocosi.com. You also must keep the original box & packing material in the event we open a claim with the carrier. In some cases, we may need a customer's help to confirm why this is happening. We appreciate your cooperation and patience through this process.
