Returns & Refund Policy


1. Customized products can not be fully refunded if they are in production.

2.The orders that have been shipped are not refundable temporarily. Customers need wait for the goods to arrive at the destination before they can be returned. We only can refund when we receipt the return goods.

3. After-sale time is 14 days since receiving the parcel according to the tracking info.

4. All shoes are customized shoes, except for quality problems, they are not be allowed refundable or exchangeable.

5. The product has to be Original New.

6. Second return is not accepted.

7. Shipping fee of returning will be paid by customers because the dresses(shoes) don't fit, don't like it and other subjective reasons.

8. For customers who choose to fast shipping, because the freight paid has already been used, we will not refund the fast shipping fee.

9.For customers who choose to DHL shipping, because the freight paid has already been used, we will not refund the DHL shipping fee.

  • Photos including the external packing

2. Contact [email protected] with information mentioned to request a refund or exchange.

3. Your request will be handled within 3 working days after we receiving the return items.


1. Please keep the original package and all information well as an evidence for us to confirm your items.

2. Items should be unused, undamaged and in original package.
3. The US (including Canada) customers can return the items to the our US warehouse while EU (UK is included) customers will return the items to Germany warehouse.
4. Return without contacting our service is not accepted.
5. We will provide return address after checking pictures.Please don't return to the address on the package.
6. We offer full refund on any product that is clearly faulty or damaged due to our fault.
