Return Policy

●The product must be brand new and in a condition that does not affect its secondary sales.
●The shipping costs for return and exchange due to subjective reasons such as dislike are borne by the customer.
●Products in transit are not accepted for return or exchange
●For any product that is obviously defective or damaged due to our fault, we provide a full refund.
●If the package is lost or fails to be delivered due to the customer's incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the loss.
●After-sales time: Within 7 working days after receiving the goods, do not process beyond the time
●Please do not send your returns to the address on your package. It is not the return address and will affect the return process.

How do I return/exchange an item?
Steps
1.Prepare the original product, order number, and a photo of the outer packaging.
2.Contact service@vocosi.com and provide the above information to apply for a refund or exchange.
3.Get authorization from customer service and ship the parcel back to address provided (Please keep the return receipt).
4.Your request will be processed within 3 working days after we receive the message.

●Refund if not shipped: Within 3 working days
●Refund and return: After receiving the return, the refund will be processed within 3 working days
Refund path
The fee will be returned to the account where the payment was made.
Notes
●Please keep the original packaging and all information as evidence for us to confirm your item.
●The product should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
